Brancaster Beach

Large sandy beach (no shingle) on the north Norfolk coast popular with kayakers, kite boarders and sail boarders, but plenty of room for everone.

Getting There

Just off A149 coast road, North Norfolk.

Description

Great waves on a windy day!

Facilities

Toilets, Kiosk shop selling beach goods, hot drinks, ice creams etc. Large car park only 50m from the beach £3.50 all day.

Put-ins / Take-outs

Straight down the beach head for the blue stuff!

Hazards

Tide goes out alonnnnggggg way at low tide. Check tide tables before you go!
Sail boarders, kite surfers (usually out further than kayaks).No lifeguards at this beach.

Notes

Check tide times before you go as road to beach does flood at high tide sometimes.
