Hythe Beach is a sheltered bay & great for kayaking. Princes Parade is long and has a road running along most of it’s length. Park right next to the low wall. Plenty of free parking. Tides are not strong, no rips, in a safe bay. Faces South, so avoid strong winds from off the sea.
Gentle offshore winds very calm and safe.
